Instructions for downloading and applying the DOC® update:

1. Close the DOC® application.
2. Click on the button below to begin the download process.
3. A dialog box will be presented that will give you the choice to save the file to your hard disk, or open the file directly from the Internet.
4. a) To open the file directly,

• • If you are using Internet Explorer, choose "Run this program from its current location."
  • If you are using Netscape, click the "Open Using" button, leave the text field blank, and click "OK."
  • If you receive a Security Warning, click "Yes."
  • The installation process with begin immediately after the download is complete.

b) To save the file to your hard disk:

• • If you are using Internet Explorer, choose "Save this program to disk" and choose where you wish to save the update. Click "OK."
  • If you are using Netscape, choose where you wish to save the update or accept the default location. Click "Save."
  • Once the file has finished downloading, you will need to run the update from the location you specified.
